Arabic mehndi is usually more open, with flowers and vines and some empty skin showing.
Indian mehndi is usually denser, with more filling, jaal, paisleys and small details.
Choose Arabic if you want a lighter look. Choose Indian if you want a full, traditional look. You can also mix both.
